FCT08 Updates for Q1: New Codes, New ATDs, and New OS

At FractureCode, we take a proactive approach to everything we do. Our team of PLC and vision experts have been working hard to enhance the functionality of our FCT08 system and improve the accuracy of our codes. In the last six months, we have made significant upgrades to our systems, and we would like to share them with you.

Windows 10 for All New Systems

We understand that top-notch security is crucial for our systems, and we continuously strive to make systemic changes to ensure that our systems are secure. We have created a new image that is compatible with our needs and is suitable for Windows 10. We are pleased to announce that all systems that will be shipped in 2023 will have Windows 10 installed on them.

Vision Systems Check GS1 Codes

Our vision systems in the FCT08 are capable of reading and checking various types of codes required for the Track&Trace process. We have enhanced our systems to verify whether the generated codes comply with the GS1 standards. We will reject prints that do not meet the standards, ensuring that all codes generated by our systems are accurate and reliable.

Support for New ATDs

One of the biggest challenges we face at FractureCode is to ensure that our systems are compatible with different anti-tampering devices (ATDs). It is essential to report each printed code to an ATD before sending it further, which often presents us with new challenges.

In the last few months, our team has successfully added two new additions to our system. We are pleased to announce that our vision systems can now communicate with Dentsu ATD and the newest version of Wordline ATD.

At FractureCode, we always listen to our customers and take a proactive approach in our work. We continue to develop new functionalities to keep up with the fast-paced world we live in. If you want to learn more about the way we work, please do not hesitate to send us an email.
