Orbid & FractureCode reach agreement on patent infringement dispute

Orbid Corporation and FractureCode Corporation ApS today announced that they have resolved their dispute involving the use of certain aspects of FractureCode's track and trace technology.

Orbid are to withdraw their claims unreservedly against FractureCode and FractureCode are to drop their counterclaims against Orbid.

The terms of the final settlement agreement between the parties will remain confidential.
